I had hesitated to invest in a BEATBOT but my old school pool vacuum had been failing and the pool was not looking great. I bought one and literally love the dude. In fact I named it THE DUDE! It works harder than any pool man or vacuum. 6 hrs overnight scrubbing floor and walls and finishes with the surface. It does require some human effort in emptying the leaves and putting it back on the charger. I consider it part of my exercise routine. It literally takes 5 minutes tops. After about a year it started having some issues. I reached out to the company thru their app and within 2 days I had a brand new BEATBOT that they sent to replace the original. I returned the original and I have to say it was the easiest best service I have ever had on any electronic piece of equipment. Thank you!

Our backyard pool is surrounded by trees that make a mess. Since purchasing our AquaSense Pro in 2024, we bid a fond farewell to the hassles of manually vacuuming the pool. That has the added benefit of ending frequent backwashing of the filter to keep the pump pressure in check. Robby the Robot, as we affectionately call it, does an exceptional job saving us a whole lot of time and money. And such ease and joy to use! You can’t help but marvel at its engineering and build quality. The AquaSense Pro is a gadget lover’s dream. I would be remiss not to mention Beatbot’ s unrivalled support: the clarifying agent kit cover broke, but no problem! The Beatbot Support Team arranged for a return label and shipped a replacement machine in record time. What a great group of courteous professionals. Thank you Beatbot, you have a loyal customer.

We purchased the AquaSense Pro in June 2024. That year we never had to manually clean our pool. It was truly our best friend and worked well, even up and down the sides of our pool. This year in June we realized that it was having an issue charging. We called customer service who directed us to take a video of the light sequence. After sending in the video they called and asked us to return the unit and even sent us a return label at their expense. Once they received it we were shipped a brand new beatbot. It arrived within 2 weeks and we started using it again on July 3, 2025. This pool cleaner is amazing and not only do we recommend it to everyone but also want to acknowledge the wonderful customer service that was provided to us. You folks are amazing and it was a pleasure working with such a professional crew. Thanks for all the support and for our new best robot friend.

I love my AquaSense Pro. It's so easy to drop this in my pool daily to keep it clean. Plus, this company stands behind their product. After about a year of use, the robot stopped working (turned out to be a broken wheel). They gave me free shipping for my return and sent a replacement right away.
